He received a number of domestic and foreign awards for his films. His photos have been printed by prestigious magazines, including BBC Wildlife Magazine and National Geographic. He won several Czech Press Photo awards. He takes pictures of nature and portraits. It was he who came up with the idea to map Czech costumes and their stories.

Michaela Pupíková is a photographer and retoucher who has received the Czech Nature Photo award for her work. She is skilled in web design, marketing, and all aspects of the online world. For Tradition in Images, she retouched hundreds of photos and assisted with photography and organization.
Jiří Vidman specializes in technical photography, including monuments, and also works with video. For the Tradition in Images project, he created short films that complement the chapters and offer more insights into the regions.
Veronika Thor studied journalism at Charles University and has worked in Czech and international media and a creative agency. She edited and wrote texts for this publication and even donned a traditional costume for the book. Can you find her?
Jan Kuča studied Czech and Slavic studies at Charles University. He has long researched folk culture across the Czech Republic, focusing on Moravian Horácko. His expertise in folk architecture, dialects, and costumes was instrumental in reviewing all the chapters of Tradition in Images book.
Vladimír Mika works with camera, contributing to Tradition in Images and collaborating on projects for Czech Television with Václav Šilha and Jiří Vidman. He captures nature and people worldwide from behind the lens.
Johana Kratochvíla designed the book, from the cover and font selection to the layout and choice of paper, including the lace made of tracing paper. When not working on this book, she creates others, for which she has received awards like the Most Beautiful Book of the Year and the Fedrigoni Top Award, or she is busy photographing.
She is responsible for the overall coordination of the production of the book Tradition in Images, managing the project's website, book sales and all other accompanying activities. She became involved in the project through her work at the OSA, where she works in the PR and marketing department.
